atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau 0,12% saham di PT Suparma Tbk, dan PT Pacific Star
Perusahaan Publik Synergy memiliki 49,98% saham di PT Suparma Tbk.
Sedangkan Bapak Welly memiliki 66,25% saham di PT
Gloriajaya Gempita, 85% saham di PT Graha Inti Harapan,
100% saham di Cathay Utima Investment Pte Ltd, dan 99,9%
saham di PT Pacific Star Synergy melalui kepemilikan saham
di Cathay Utima Investment Pte Ltd.
