    Press Conference on Mutual Fund Product Distribution Cooperation
             between PT Sucorinvest Asset Management X PT Bank SMBC
                                   Indonesia Tbk

JAKARTA, January 22, 2025 – PT Sucorinvest Asset Management (Sucor AM)
and PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk (SMBC Indonesia) today held a press
conference on mutual fund investment product distribution cooperation at
The Raffles Hotel Jakarta, Wednesday (01/22/2025). This event was held as a
continuation of the previously signed cooperation to facilitate the official
launch of Sucorinvest mutual fund products at SMBC Indonesia.

This event also announced the launch of four Mutual Fund products sold by
SMBC Indonesia, namely: Sucorinvest Sharia Money Market Fund (SSMMF),
Sucorinvest Sharia Sukuk Fund (SSSF), Sucorinvest Premium Fund (SPF), and
Sucorinvest Equity Fund (SEF).

Jemmy Paul Wawointana, President Director of Sucor AM in his speech said
that this collaboration aims to combine Sucor AM's strength in asset
management with SMBC Indonesia's advantages that can reach more
customers through the Jenius application from SMBC Indonesia in addition
to branch offices throughout Indonesia. "Seeing the potential growth of the
mutual fund industry and the 2025 market insight, we are opening up great
opportunities for the public to invest. We believe that by combining our
expertise, we can offer more innovative and sustainable financial solutions
for our customers," he said.

Both companies also agreed to work together in designing programs that not
only provide financial returns but also positive social impacts. "In line with
the spirit of our brand transformation, we aspire that this partnership will
not only be a business collaboration, but also a real manifestation of our
contribution to the national economy for more meaningful growth with
millions of Indonesians through the support of digital technology," added
Helena, Head of Wealth Management Business and Network Distribution of
SMBC Indonesia, in her speech.

On this occasion, Helena also said that SMBC Indonesia provides a cashback
promo of Rp100,000 for the purchase of Sucor AM mutual fund products
with a minimum value of Rp100,000. The promo program is valid from
January 22 to March 31, 2025 for the first 10,000 buyers who meet the
