Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. PT Armada Bumi Pratiwi Lines (selanjutnya disebut 'ABPL'),
merupakan salah satu entitas anak Perseroan.
2. Kepemilikan saham Perseroan di ABPL adalah sebesar
99,91%.
3. Telah terjadi perubahan susunan anggota Direksi ABPL
dimana pemberitahuan perubahan data ABPL telah diterima
dan dicatat dalam Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum pada
tanggal 13 Januari 2025.
4. Susunan anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi ABPL
adalah sebagai berikut di bawah ini:

2. The Company's share ownership in ABPL is 99.91%.
3. There has been a change in the composition of the ABPL
