Direktur, Komisaris dan/atau Pejabat Eksekutif Emiten menjadi Direktur dan/atau Komisaris pada Emiten lain. Criterias of One Group of Companies: 1. The Issuer control other issuers; 2. The same party control some of the aforementioned issuers; 3. The Issuer has the financial dependence with other issuers; 4. Issuer issuing guarantees to take over and/or paid part or all of the aforementioned liabilities other in terms of other issuers failed to meet obligations to creditors; 5.
