PURI gencar merancang strategi pemasaran berkelanjutan menyusul tuntasnya proyek – proyek
properti, seperti Perumahan The Monde Residence, The Monde Signature, De Monde Bay, De
Diamond Residence II, De Monde Junction dan Apartemen Permata Residences yang sebelumnya
telah diserah terimakan ke konsumen secara tepat waktu. Lebih lanjut, PURI membocorkan bahwa

          NEW LAND BANK IN BATAM, OPTIMISTIC FOR THE MONDE

Property issuer PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (Stock Code: “PURI”) has successfully secured a land bank
of 3,897 m2 with a value equivalent to ± IDR7 billion in the Bengkong area, Batam City. Previously,
PURI successfully obtained a turnover of ± IDR 101 billion from the sale of The Monde Signature
housing project. Seeing the enthusiasm of the market's need for landed house residential areas, PURI
is ambitious to spread its wings with the expansion of The Monde Signature Phase II housing. As a
result, on Monday, January 20, 2025, PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk has signed a Cooperation Agreement
with PT Bayu Putra Sentosa as the land owner before Notary Anly Cenggana, S.H..
PURI is optimistic about providing added value to the The Monde Signature Phase II land with a
target turnover of ± IDR 13 billion, taking into account the fact that the land is located in a densely
populated residential area and a tourism area (such as beach clubs, cafes, restaurants, bars, go-karts
and zoos) which are currently trending in Batam.

PURI is aggressively designing sustainable marketing strategies following the completion of property
projects, such as The Monde Residence Housing, The Monde Signature, De Monde Bay, De Diamond
Residence II, De Monde Junction and Permata Residences Apartments which have previously been
handed over to consumers on time. Furthermore, PURI revealed that PURI will soon launch a new
project on 10 hectares of land this year. Thus, the party is optimistic about the strengthening of
PURI's stock price in 2025.
