tanah yang terletak di atas lahan
seluas 3.987 m2 yang berlokasi di
Kawasan Perumahan The Monde

membagikan hasil penjualan kepada
pemilik lahan.
Perjanjian ini bertujuan untuk
mengekspansi proyek The Monde
Signature yang sebelumnya telah
berhasil dikembangkan oleh
Perseroan.
4. Dampak Kejadian, Informasi Atau Perseroan menargetkan omzet
Fakta Material Tersebut Terhadap sebesar Rp 13.000.000.000 (tiga
Kegiatan Operasional, Hukum, belas miliar Rupiah) atas penjualan
Kondisi Keuangan, Atau The Monde Signature Tahap II.
