victoria investama 3 | Uraian Informasi atau | Pada hari Senin, 20 Januari 2025, BVIS dan BTN telah Fakta Material / mengumumkan ringkasan rancangan pengambilalihan terkait Description of Material | rencana pengambilalihan BVIS oleh BTN melalui surat kabar Information or Facts Kontan dan Bisnis Indonesia (“Ringkasan Rancangan Pengambilalihan”). Berdasarkan Ringkasan Rancangan Pengambilalihan, BTN bermaksud untuk melakukan pengambilalihan melalui pembelian seluruh saham yang dimiliki Perseroan dan PT Bank Victoria International Tbk. dalam BVIS (secara bersama-sama, “Rencana Transaksi”). / On Monday, 20 January 2025, BVIS and BTN announced a summary of the acguisition plan regarding the proposed acguisition of BVIS by BTN through Kontan and Bisnis Indonesia newspapers (“Summary of Acguisition Plan”).
