dengan Memeberikan Hak Memesan Efek
Terlebih Dahulu (“POJK No.14/2019”) dan
Surat Edaran Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor SE-
00002/BE!/03-2020 tanggal 2 Maret 2020
Perihal Tata Program Kepemilikan Saham (“SE
BEI Nomor SE-00002/BEI/03-2020”), dengan
ini ' Perseroan memberitahukan — dan
mengumumkan Keterbukaan Informasi
dimulainya Periode Pelaksanaan
Management dan Employee Stock Option
Program (“MESOP”) Tahap I, untuk Periode
Pelaksanaan tanggal 3 Februari 2025 s/d 14
Maret 2025 (“Periode Pelaksanaan”), dengan
sebanyak-banyaknya 3.750.000 (tiga juta
tujuh ratus lima puluh ribu) saham , dengan
harga pelaksanaan Rp. 50,- per saham.

Demikian pengumuman ini disampaikan
untuk memenuhi ketentuan POJK No.14/2019
dan SE-00002/BEI/03-2020.

In reference to Article 43A of the Financial
Services Authority Regulation No.
14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Amendments to
the Financial Services Authority Regulation
No. 32/POJK.04/2015 on the Increase of
Public Company Capital by Granting
Preemptive Rights (“POJK No. 14/2019”) and
the Indonesia Stock Exchange Circular Letter
No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 dated March 2,
2020 regarding the Share Ownership Program
(“SE BEI No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020”), the
Company hereby informs and announces the
Disclosure of Information regarding the
commencement of the Management and
Employee Stock Option Program (“MESOP”)
Phase I Implementation Period, for the
Implementation Period from February 3, 2025
to March 14, 2025 (“Implementation Period”),
with a maximum of 3,750,000 (three million
seven hundred fifty thousand) shares, at an
exercise price of Rp. 50,- pershare.

This announcement is made to comply with
the provisions of POJK No.14/2019 and SE-
00002/BEI/03-2020.
