KIS
KIS bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan besar antara lain:
- Barang logam untuk bahan konstruksi
- Kaca
- Genteng batu bata, ubin dan sejenisnya dari tanah liat,
kapur, semen atau kaca
- Semen, kapur, pasir dan batu
- Bahan konstruksi dari porcelen
- Bahan konstruksi dari kayu
- Cat
- Berbagai macam material bangunan
- Bahan konstruksi lainnya
- Peralatan & pelengkapan rumah tangga
- Mesin, peralatan dan perlengkapan lainnya
- Berbagai barang dan perlengkapan rumah tangga lainnya
yang tidak diklasifikasikan ditempat lain
merupakan entitas anak langsung Perseroan dengan
kepemilikan sebesar 80% (delapan puluh persen),
berkedudukan di Jakarta Barat.
Pendirian PT Kairos Indah Sejahtera (KIS) ditetapkan dengan
Modal Dasar sebesar Rp25.000.000.000,- (dua puluh lima
miliar Rupiah) dan Modal disetor sebesar Rp10.000.000.000,-
(sepuluh miliar Rupiah) diambil bagian masing-masing
pemegang saham sebagai berikut:
Pemegang Saham
- CSAP sebesar Rp8.000.000.000,- (delapan miliar Rupiah)
atau sebesar 80%;
- Bapak Liang, Zhi Hui sebesar Rp2.000.000.000,- (dua miliar
Rupiah) atau sebesar 20%;
sehingga total keseluruhan modal yang disetorkan pada KIS
adalah Rp10.000.000.000,- (sepuluh milyar Rupiah).

bahan-bahan bangunan sehingga dapat mendorong
peningkatan pendapatan Perseroan.
Penyertaan Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor Perseroan pada
KIS yang telah dinyatakan sebagaimana dalam Akta Pendirian
KIS No. 133 tertanggal 20 Januari 2025, yang dibuat
dihadapan Christina Dwi Utami, SH., MHum., MKn., Notaris di
Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat.

KIS is engaged in wholesale trade including:

- Glass
- Brick roof tiles, tiles and the like made of clay, lime, cement
or glass
- Cement, lime, sand and stone
- Construction materials made of porcelain
- Construction materials made of wood
- Paint
- Various building materials
- Other construction materials
- Household equipment & supplies
- Machinery, equipment and other supplies
- Various other household goods and supplies not classified
elsewhere
is a direct subsidiary of the Company with 80% (eighty
percent) ownership, domiciled in West Jakarta.
The establishment of PT Kairos Indah Sejahtera (KIS) was
determined with an Authorized Capital of Rp25,000,000,000,-
(twenty five billion Rupiah) and a Paid-up Capital of
Rp10,000,000,000,- (ten billion Rupiah) taken by each
shareholder as follows:
Shareholders
- CSAP of Rp8,000,000,000,- (eight billion Rupiah) or 80%;
- Mr. Liang, Zhi Hui of Rp2,000,000,000,- (two billion Rupiah)
or 20%;
so that the total paid-in capital KIS is Rp10,000,000,000,- (ten
billion Rupiah).

been stated as in the Deed of Corporation No. 133 dated
January 20, 2025, made before Christina Dwi Utami, SH.,
MHum., MKn., Notary in the Administrative City of West
Jakarta.

Impact of event, material information or The establishment and increase of the Company's participation

Company’s operational activities, legal, - Does not have a negative impact on the continuity of the
financial condition, or going concern Company's business, operations, law, and financial condition.
- The presence of KIS will help smooth the sourcing of new
and inovatif products to support the Company's distribution
business needs, which is believed to be able to drive the
Company's revenue growth.
- The KIS Financial Report is consolidated in the Company.
