Appraiser as referred to in Article 6 paragraph (1) lettera of POJK 17/2020
and obtain the approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS)
as referred to in Article 6 paragraph (1) letter d of POJK 17/2020 when
Conducting a Material Transaction.
