Integrasi Tbk. (Perseroan) menyampaikan Keterbukaan
Informasi bahwa Perseroan telah menerima permohonan
pengunduran diri dari anggota Direksi tertanggal 17 Januari
2025, atas nama Bapak Mohammad Anis Yunianto dari
jabatannya sebagai Direktur.
Selanjutnya untuk memenuhi 33/POJK.04/2014, permohonan
pengunduran diri dari anggota Direksi, yaitu Direktur dari
jabatannya akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Perseroan terdekat.

Integration Tbk. (The Company) conveys information
disclosure that the Company has received the resignation from
a member of the Board of Directors dated January 17, 2025,
on behalf of Mr. Mohammad Anis Yunianto from his position as
Director.
Furthermore, to comply with 33/POJK.04/2014, the resignation
of a member of the Board of Directors, namely the Director, will
be decided at the nearest General Meeting of Shareholders of
the Company.
