dan (ii) Surat Keputusan Direksi BEI No. Kep- 2025 and (ii) the Decree issued by the Board
00066/BEI/09-2022 yang berlaku tanggal 1 of Directors of the IDX Number Kep-
Oktober 2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan 00066/BEI/09-2022 which became
Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian effective on October 1st, 2022. This Decree
Informasi poin III.3.3.4 mengenai kewajiban pertains to the Amendment of Regulation
penyampaian laporan pelaksanaan Public Expose Number I-E, specifically focusing on
(“Laporan”) paling lambat 1 (satu) Hari Bursa Obligation to Submit Information under
