            dari Pemerintah dan pada tanggal 15 Januari 2025 telah menandatangani Perjanjian Jual Beli Gas (“PJBG”)
            untuk pemanfaatan alokasi gas Lapangan Sumber.
         2. PJBG tersebut ditandatangani SAG selaku Pembeli dan PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Tuban East Java
            (“PHETEJ”) selaku Penjual untuk memenuhi kebutuhan industri sesuai alokasi yang ditetapkan oleh
            Pemerintah dengan total volume kontrak sebesar 71,01 BSCF hingga 31 Desember 2036.
         3. Pemanfaatan alokasi gas Lapangan Sumber ini merupakan bentuk komitmen SAG dan PHETEJ bersama
            Pemerintah dan SKK Migas untuk menyalurkan kebutuhan energi gas untuk kebutuhan industri domestik
            di Indonesia.
4.   Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
     keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan:
     1) Dampak terhadap adanya tambahan supply gas baru dari Lapangan Sumber secara langsung akan
          memberikan dampak positif terhadap pasokan gas yang dimiliki grup Perseroan guna mendukung pemberian
          pasokan gas yang stabil untuk para konsumen gas Perseroan. Saat ini SAG sedang mengerjakan
          pembangunan Mini LNG Plant yang diharapkan akan dapat diselesaikan akhir tahun 2025 ini. Secara tidak
          langsung Perseroan melalui SAG selaku entitas anaknya juga turut berkontribusi dalam memberikan sumber
          energi untuk keberlanjutan industri para konsumen gas grup Perseroan yang menopang pertumbuhan
          ekonomi Indonesia.
     2) Dengan ditandatanganinya PJBG ini, entitas anak Perseroan yaitu SAG akan terikat pada suatu perjanjian
           jual beli gas dengan PHETEJ hingga 31 Desember 2036.
     3) Pada saat ketika gas dari Lapangan Sumber sudah dapat dialirkan, diproses dan dijual, diharapkan langkah
           ini akan dapat memberi dampak positif secara keuangan dan diharapkan akan dapat memperbaiki posisi
           keuangan Perseroan.

     Referring to:
         1) Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Material
             Information or Facts by Issuers and Public Companies; and
         2) Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I.E regarding Information Disclosure Obligation.

      The Company hereby announces that as of 15 January 2025, there is information or material facts as follows:
         1. Whereas the subsidiary of the Company, namely PT Sumber Aneka Gas (“SAG”), has already been
             granted an allocation of natural gas sourced from Well Sumber 1-A, Tuban Working Area (“Sumber Field”)
             by the Government and has signed the Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement ("GSPA") on 15 January 2025
             for the utilization of the gas allocation from the Sumber Field.
         2. The PJBG was signed by SAG, in its capacity as the Buyer and PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Tuban East
             Java (“PHETEJ”) in its capacity as the Seller, to fulfill industrial needs in accordance with the allocation
             from the Government with a total contract value of 71,01 BSCF until 31 December 2036.

        3. The utilization of the gas allocation from the Sumber Field represents a commitment by SAG and PHETEJ,
            in collaboration with the Government and SKK Migas, to supply the energy gas required for domestic
            industrial needs in Indonesia.
4. Effects of events, material information or facts to operation, legal, financial performance or business sustainability
    of the Company:
    1) The impact of the additional gas supply from the Sumber Field will directly have a positive effect on the gas
        supply owned by the Company's group, supporting a stable gas supply to the Company's gas consumers.
        SAG is currently constructing a Mini LNG Plant, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
        Indirectly, through its subsidiary SAG, the Company also contributes to providing an energy source that
        supports the sustainability of its consumers industries which supports Indonesia's economic growth.
    2) With the execution of this GSPA, the Company's subsidiary, SAG, will be bound by a gas sale and purchase
        agreement with PHETEJ until 31 December 2036.
    3) When gas from the Sumber Field is ready to be transported, processed, and sold, it is expected that this step
        will have a positive financial impact and will contribute to the improvement of the Company's financial position.
