Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Informasi mengenai terbakarnya salah satu asset entitas anak
Perseroan milik PT TCP Internusa (TCP), yaitu Gedung
Glodok Plaza, yang terjadi pada hari Rabu, 15 Januari 2025.
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Kebakaran diduga berasal dari Lantai 8 Gedung Glodok Plaza.
Sejak awal kejadian tersebut, kami telah bekerja sama dengan
pihak pemadam kebakaran dan otoritas terkait untuk
melakukan penanganan secara cepat dan maksimal.
Adapun, kami sampaikan bahwa sampai dengan disampaikan
informasi ini, penyebab atas adanya kejadian tersebut masih
dalam proses investigasi oleh pihak yang berwenang.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kegiatan Operasional:
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan - Kebakaran tersebut telah menyebabkan kerusakan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, secara fisik atas bangunan dan saat ini telah dilakukan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau penghentian operasional sementara hingga dinyatakan aman
Perusahaan Publik beroperasi oleh pihak yang berwajib.
Hukum :
- Masih menunggu proses investigasi dari pihak yang
berwenang.
Kondisi Keuangan :
- Hingga informasi ini disampaikan, Perseroan belum
dapat melakukan perhitungan kerugian akibat kebakaran ini.
- TCP akan memulai proses klaim asuransi atas
kerugian yang terjadi, mengingat aset yang berdampak telah
diasuransikan terhadap risiko kebakaran
Kelangsungan Usaha :
- Kejadian tersebut tidak berdampak signifikan
terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Information regarding the fire incident at one of the subsidiary
Type of Material Information or Facts assets of PT TCP Internusa (TCP), specifically the Glodok
Plaza Building, which occurred on Wednesday, January 15,
2025.
Description of Material Information or The fire originated on the 8th floor of the Glodok Plaza
Facts building. Since the occurrence of the incident, collaboration
has been underway with the fire department and relevant
authorities to ensure a prompt and thorough response.
The public is hereby informed that the cause of the incident
remains under investigation by the appropriate authorities.
Impact of event, material information or Operational Activities:

Company’s operational activities, legal, The fire has caused physical damage to the building, and
financial condition, or going concern operations have been temporarily halted until clearance for
resumption is granted by the relevant authorities.
Legal:
An investigation into the incident is currently underway and
remains under the jurisdiction of the appropriate authorities.
Financial Condition:
As of the date of this statement, the Company has yet to
assess the financial losses resulting from the fire.
The Company will commence the insurance claims process for
the damages, as the impacted assets are covered under fire
insurance policies.
Business Continuity:
The incident has not materially affected the Company's ability
to maintain business continuity.
