menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material sebagai
berikut:
1. Perubahan nama Perseroan menjadi Perusahaan
Perseroan -Persero- PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset atau
disingkat PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset -Persero-
2. Perseroan melakukan perubahan Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan dalam rangka penyesuaian Klasifikasi Baku
Lapangan Usaha Indonesia -KBLI- berdasarkan Peraturan
Badan Pusat Statistik Nomor 7 Tahun 2025 tentang Klasifikasi
Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia, serta penyesuaian
ketentuan dalam Anggaran Dasar Perseroan guna memenuhi
ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2025 tentang
Perubahan Keempat atas Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun
2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara;
3. Perubahan tersebut termuat dalam Akta Notaris
nomor 48 tanggal 18 Mei 2026 yang dibuat oleh Notaris
Desman S. H., M. M. Hum. dan telah mendapatkan
persetujuan perubahan anggaran dasar berdasarkan
Keputusan Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia nomor AHU-
0038702.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 tanggal 17 Juni 2026.

Description of Material Information or Dear Sir/Madam,
Facts In accordance with OJK Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015
concerning Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by
Issuers or Public Companies, as amended by OJK Regulation
Number 45 of 2024 concerning the Development and
Strengthening of Issuers and Public Companies, and
Exchange Regulation Number I-E concerning Obligations to
Submit Information - Board of Directors Decree of PT
Indonesia Stock Exchange Number Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025
dated December 12, 2025 - PT PPA, hereinafter referred to as
the "Company", hereby submits a Report on Information or
Material Facts as follows:
1. The change of the Company's name to Perusahaan
Perseroan - Persero - PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset,
abbreviated as PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset - Persero.
2. The Company made changes to the Company's Articles of
Association to adjust to the Indonesian Standard Industrial
Classification - KBLI - based on the Central Bureau of
Statistics Regulation Number 7 of 2025 concerning the
Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification, as well as
adjustments to the provisions in the Company's Articles of
Association to comply with the provisions of Law Number 16 of
2025 regarding the Fourth Amendment to Law Number 19 of
2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprises.
3. These changes are contained in Notary Deed Number 48
dated May 18, 2026, made by Notary Desman, S.H.,
M.M.Hum., and have obtained approval for the amendment of
the articles of association based on the Decree of the Minister
of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-
0038702.AH.01.02.2026 dated June 17, 2026.
