Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah berhasil menyelesaikan pekerjaan
pondasi/groundbreaking (Fase-1) pada akhir Mei 2026, yang
tercapai 1 (satu) bulan lebih cepat dari jadwal semula.
Penunjukan Kontraktor: Melalui proses seleksi yang ketat,
Perseroan telah menunjuk PT ACE Construction and
Development (bagian dari ACE United Group yang berbasis di
Shanghai, China) sebagai kontraktor utama pekerjaan Fase-2.
Nilai Investasi & Target Selesai: Proyek gudang logistik ini
diperkirakan menelan biaya investasi sebesar kurang lebih Rp
120 miliar. Seluruh rangkaian pembangunan ditargetkan
rampung sepenuhnya pada Februari 2027, sesuai dengan
batas waktu 12 bulan sejak penandatanganan kontrak sewa
pada Februari 2026
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak Operasional: Mempercepat realisasi transformasi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan bisnis Perseroan dari sektor tekstil ke fokus bisnis logistik dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pergudangan modern.
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Dampak Keuangan: Proyek strategis ini didukung kontrak
Perusahaan Publik sewa jangka panjang (10 tahun), sehingga diproyeksikan
memberikan kontribusi positif yang stabil terhadap arus kas
(recurring income) dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan di
masa mendatang.
Dampak Hukum: Tidak ada dampak hukum negatif. Seluruh
proses penunjukan pihak ketiga dan pelaksanaan proyek
dilakukan sesuai koridor hukum dan tata kelola perusahaan
yang berlaku

The Company Commence Main Construction of J&T Cargo
Type of Material Information or Facts Build-to-Suit Warehouse
Description of Material Information or The Company has successfully completed the groundbreaking
Facts work (Phase-1) by the end of May 2026, which was achieved 1
(one) month earlier than the original schedule. Appointment of
Contractor: Through a rigorous selection process, the
Company has appointed PT ACE Construction and
Development (part of the ACE United Group based in
Shanghai, China) as the main contractor for the Phase-2 work.
Investment Value & Target Completion: This logistics
warehouse project is estimated to cost an investment of
approximately IDR 120 billion. The entire series of construction
is targeted to be fully completed by February 2027, in
accordance with the 12-month deadline from the signing of the
lease contract in February 2026
Impact of event, material information or Operational Impact: Accelerating the realization of the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's business transformation from the textile sector to a
Company’s operational activities, legal, modern logistics and warehousing business focus.
financial condition, or going concern Financial Impact: This strategic project is supported by a long-
term lease contract (10 years), so it is projected to make a
stable positive contribution to the Company's cash flow
(recurring income) and business continuity in the future.
Legal Impact: There are no negative legal impacts. The entire
process of appointing third parties and implementing projects
is carried out in accordance with the applicable legal and
corporate governance corridors.
