Susunan Pemegang Saham PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk : Rp.100.168.000.000,- (100.168 lembar saham atau sama dengan persentase kepemilikan sebesar 99,9990): Drs. Prodjo Sunarjanto Sekar Pantjawati Rp.4.000.000,- (4 lembar saham atau sama dengan persentase kepemilikan sebesar 0,0190). Selain itu, adanya kesamaan anggota manajemen di Perseroan dan ASI, yaitu: Bapak Jany Candra mejabat sebagai Direktur Perseroan sekaligus Direktur Utama di ASI, Bapak Jerry Fandy Tunjungan menjabat sebagai Direktur Perseroan sekaligus Direktur di ASI, Ibu Erida menjabat sebagai Presiden Komisaris Perseroan — sekaligus Komisaris Utama ASI: dan Bapak Drs. Prodjo Sunarjanto Sekar Pantjawati menjabat — sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan sekaligus Komisaris ASI.
