Tbk telah melakukan Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan V Bank
SMBC Indonesia dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap dengan target
dana yang akan dihimpun sebesar Rp3.000.000.000.000,- .
Selanjutnya, dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi pasar terkini
serta posisi likuiditas Perseroan yang memadai, Direksi
Perseroan berpendapat bahwa saat ini belum merupakan
waktu yang tepat untuk melanjutkan penerbitan Obligasi dalam
rangka PUB V.
Sebagai informasi tambahan, bersama surat ini kami
sampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi mengenai Penghentian
Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi Berkelanjutan V
Bank SMBC Indonesia dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap, yang
dibuat dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris serta telah
dipublikasikan pada website Perseroan dengan alamat
