bahwa pada tanggal 14 Januari 2025, Perseroan telah menerima surat permohonan
pengunduran diri dari Yussy Santoso dari jabatannya selaku Direktur Perseroan.

on January 14 2025, the Company has received a resignation letter from Yussy Santoso
from his position as Director of the Company.
