       ± IDR 332 BILLION FROM THE SALE OF THE MONDE CITY
        APARTMENT BATAM, FOLLOW-UP RESULTS FROM IPO

PURI is the first developer the pride of Batam City, which successfully listed its shares on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange in 2020. Batam City itself is located in the Free Trade Zone, making it a target area
for investors. Batam is an investment-friendly area, especially in the property sector, so it is not
surprising that Batam is the city with the highest economic level in the Riau Islands Province.

As is known, in 2020, with funds from the IPO of IDR 30,380,000,000, PURI has purchased a plot of
SHGB land covering an area of approximately 4.3 hectares through a subsidiary, PT Puri Karya
Bersama. The land is used to build 10 Towers of The Monde City Apartment with a total target
turnover of ± IDR 1,5 trillion. The construction and sales of The Monde City itself are divided into
several phases, where in 2025 PURI is focused on completing Phase 1 consisting of 4 Towers with a
total of 1,264 units and a target turnover of ± IDR 514 billion.

The Monde City's strategic location in Pasir Putih, Batam Center is close to tourist attractions,
traditional markets, government offices, densely populated, and adjacent to the Mondial School,
making it a property investment with promising returns. Even in 2021, The Monde City also won the
award for Best Affordable Condo Development at the Indonesia Property Award held by Property
Guru.
PURI is proud to have successfully earned a total turnover of ± IDR 332 billion by the end of 2024.
The total turnover only comes from the sale of 4 Tower Phase 1 of The Monde City, not including the
total turnover from the sale of other projects. In addition to the promising value of The Monde City
project itself, this proud performance is also inseparable from the fact that the project location is
located in the heart of Batam City. So PURI sees promising prospects for PURI projects in Batam City.
