Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 10 Januari 2025 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:
Elnusa), anak usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang
tergabung dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, terus
memperkuat komitmennya terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan
melalui peluncuran inovasi Mesin Penukar Botol Plastik.
Program ini merupakan bagian dari kampanye "No Plastic is
Fantastic", yang diperkenalkan pada HUT ke-55 Elnusa di
2024. Elnusa bekerja sama dengan Plasticpay menyediakan
fasilitas pengelolaan sampah plastik berupa Reverse Vending
Machine (RVM) dan Dropbox. Sampah Plastik yang terkumpul
melalui RVM dan Dropbox Elnusa akan didaurulang oleh
Plasticpay menjadi Bahan Baku Ramah Lingkungan.
Sejak diluncurkan, program ini telah menghasilkan capaian
signifikan. Hingga awal Januari 2025, sebanyak 29.932 botol
plastik telah berhasil dikumpulkan melalui 2.882 transaksi,
dengan total bobot mencapai 559,73 kg. Program ini juga
melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari 611 masyarakat, menghasilkan
1.676.236 poin yang diberikan sebagai insentif e-wallet.
Melalui inisiatif ini, Elnusa telah berhasil mengurangi jejak
karbon hingga 2.963.288 gram dan menyelamatkan 472,93
m2 lahan dari potensi dampak buruk sampah plastik.
Mesin Penukar Botol Plastik telah ditempatkan di tiga lokasi
strategis, yaitu Mall Grand Indonesia, Graha Elnusa, dan Mall
Ciputra, serta satu dropbox tambahan di Graha Elnusa.
Program ini berkolaborasi dengan Plasticpay untuk mendaur
ulang botol plastik menjadi material berkualitas tinggi yang
dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku berbagai produk
inovatif, seperti pouch bag, laptop case, dan tote bag modern.
DKI Jakarta menghasilkan lebih dari 8.000 ton sampah per
hari, dengan 14% di antaranya berupa sampah plastik. Melalui
program ini, Elnusa berupaya mengambil peran nyata dalam
mengatasi persoalan lingkungan sekaligus mendukung
ekonomi sirkular dengan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif.

Maulina mengatakan, "Dengan hadirnya Mesin Penukar Botol
Plastik ini, kami ingin membuktikan bahwa pelestarian
lingkungan dapat berjalan seiring dengan pemberdayaan
social. Kami berharap program ini dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi
perusahaan lain untuk mengambil langkah serupa, sehingga
dampak positifnya dapat dirasakan lebih luas," kata Jayanty.
Elnusa juga berencana untuk memperluas jaringan mesin ini
ke wilayah lain guna menjangkau lebih banyak masyarakat
dan memaksimalkan dampak positif program. Data
menunjukkan tren partisipasi yang meningkat signifikan pada
akhir tahun 2024. Sebagai contoh, jumlah botol plastik yang
dikumpulkan melonjak dari 1.142 pcs pada Oktober 2024
menjadi 6.194 pcs pada Desember 2024. Hal ini
mencerminkan antusiasme masyarakat terhadap program daur
ulang yang diinisiasi oleh Elnusa.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 10 January 2025 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:
Facts Elnusa), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE)
under Pertamina's Upstream Subholding, continues to
strengthen its commitment to environmental sustainability
through the launch of its innovative Plastic Bottle Exchange
Machine. This program is part of the "No Plastic is Fantastic"
campaign introduced during Elnusa's 55th Anniversary in
2024. In collaboration with Plasticpay, Elnusa provides plastic
waste management facilities in the form of Reverse Vending
Machines (RVM) and Dropboxes. The plastic waste collected
through Elnusa's RVMs and Dropboxes will be recycled by
Plasticpay into eco-friendly raw materials.
Since its launch, the program has achieved significant
milestones. By early January 2025, a total of 29,932 plastic
bottles had been collected through 2,882 transactions,
weighing 559.73 kilograms. The program has also actively
involved 611 community members, generating 1,676,236
points as e-wallet incentives. Through this initiative, Elnusa
has successfully reduced carbon emissions by 2,963,288
grams and saved 472.93 square meters of land from the
potential adverse effects of plastic waste.
The Plastic Bottle Exchange Machines have been strategically
placed in three locations: Grand Indonesia Mall, Graha Elnusa,
and Ciputra Mall, with an additional dropbox at Graha Elnusa.
In collaboration with Plasticpay, Elnusa recycles plastic bottles
into high-quality materials that can be used as raw inputs for
various innovative products, such as pouch bags, laptop
cases, and modern tote bags.
Jakarta generates more than 8,000 tons of waste daily, with
14% consisting of plastic waste. Through this program, Elnusa
aims to take concrete steps in addressing environmental
issues while supporting a circular economy by actively
involving the community.
Jayanty Oktavia Maulina, Manager of Corporate
Communication at Elnusa, stated, "With the introduction of the
Plastic Bottle Exchange Machine, we aim to demonstrate that
environmental preservation can go hand-in-hand with social
empowerment. We hope this program inspires other
companies to take similar initiatives, enabling a broader
positive impact," said Jayanty.
Elnusa also plans to expand the network of these machines to
other areas to reach more communities and maximize the
program's positive impact. Data shows a significant increase in
public participation by the end of 2024. For instance, the
number of plastic bottles collected surged from 1,142 pieces in
October 2024 to 6,194 pieces in December 2024. This reflects
the public's growing enthusiasm for recycling initiatives
spearheaded by Elnusa.
