Sehubungan dengan permintaan penjelasan pada
surat S-00262/BEI.PP3/01-2025 berikut adalah
jawaban dari PT Ashmore Asset Management
Indonesia Tbk ("Perseroan"):

Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan Korporasi yang akan
berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa dalam waktu dekat.
Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya
informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau

Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya

informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai Efek perusahaan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan
Nomor Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi
ketentuan butir point 111.2.1. dan IV.2.1.
Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek

Perseroan tidak memiliki
informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya
yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi
harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan
hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan
kepada publik.

Perseroan memahami bahwa tidak
terjadinya aktivitas dan pemegang saham
tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang — Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan
Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

In relation to the reguest for clarification in letter
S-00262/BEI.PP3/01-2025, the following is the
answer from PT Ashmore Asset Management
Indonesia Tbk ("Perseroan"):

The Company has no plan to conduct any
corporate action that will result in listing of
company share in the Exchange in near term.
The company is not aware of any material
information or facts that could affect the
value of the company's securities or
investors' investment decisions as stipulated
in the Financial Services Authority Regulation
Number  31/POJK.04/2015  Concerning
Disclosure of Information or Material Facts
by Issuers or Public Companies.

The Company is not aware of any material
information or facts that could affect the
value of the company's Securities or the
investors' investment decisions as stipulated
in Rule Number I-E: Obligation to Submit
Information, provision in point 111.2.1. and
IV.2.1. Attachment to the Decree of the
Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-
00015/BEI/01-2021.

The company does not have
information/facts/other important events
that are material and can affect the price of
the Company's securities and the Company's
survival that have not been disclosed to the
public.

The Company confirms that it has no
activities from shareholders as regulated
under the Financial Services Authority
Regulation — Number 11/POJK.04/2017
Regarding Ownership Reports or Any
Changes in Public Company Share
Ownership.

Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam
waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi
yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan
saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak
dalam 3 bulan mendatang).

Pemegang saham utama, Ashmore
Investment Management Ltd (AIML)
mengkonfirmasi bahwa saat ini tidak ada
rencana, baik material maupun tidak,
mengenai kepemilikan mayoritas di
saham perseroan. AIML juga
mengkonfirmasi bahwa tidak ada
antisipasi transaksi berkaitan dengan
saham Perseroan.

The Company has no plans to take corporate
actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will result in the listing
of the Company's shares on the Stock
Exchange (at least in the next 3 months).

The main shareholder, Ashmore Investment
Management Ltd (AIML), confirms that
currently there are no plans, whether
material or not, regarding  majority
ownership in the company's shares. AIML
also confirms that there is no anticipated
transaction related to the Company's shares.
