                                              Signing of Addendum to Credit Agreement and its Assessoir

 Description of Material Information or       On January 9, 2025, PT Singa Purwakarta Jaya (a subsidiary)
 Facts                                        signed an addendum to the credit agreement and its privately
                                              made accessor provided by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk
                                              Indonesia Tbk. in the amount of Rp35,000,000,000 (thirty five
                                              billion rupiah) with a credit guarantee in the form of a Bank
                                              Mandiri time deposit with a nominal value of
                                              Rp27,900,000,000 (twenty seven billion nine hundred million
                                              rupiah) in the name of PT Lion Metal Works Tbk with a book
                                              value as of 02-01-2025 totaling Rp36,425,761,577.
                                              Based on the audited financial report for the 2023 financial
                                              year, the Company's Equity is Rp491,383,655,588. Thus, the
                                              credit deposit guarantee of 7.94% of the Company's total
                                              equity is still below the 20% limit.

                                              Thus, the above Transaction is not a material transaction in
                                              accordance with the criteria and requirements stipulated in
                                              Article 3 of POJK Number 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning
                                              Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities
                                              because "the Company's share ownership in PT Singa
                                              Purwakarta Jaya (subsidiary) is 99.998%" and "This guarantee
                                              transaction is a transaction that is given directly to the bank.
