Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jumat, 10 Januari 2025, An Shaohong selaku Direktur
Perseroan telah menandatangani Nota Kesepahaman (MoU)
dengan PT ZTE Indonesia.
MoU ini merupakan tahap awal untuk memfasilitasi kerangka
kerja sama dan untuk membahas persyaratan komersial
tertentu serta mencerminkan rencana umum keterlibatan Para
Pihak. MoU ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kerja sama
Energi Baru Terbarukan - Fotovoltaik.
Pada kesempatan tersebut Para Pihak telah menyepakati hal-
hal pokok yang akan dijalankan, sebagai berikut:
1. Bidang Kerja Sama
- Proyek Fotovoltaik di Administrativa Especial de Oecusse
Ambeno (RAEOA) - Timor Leste
Kerja sama ini nantiya ditujukan dalam pengembangan
bersama fasilitas pembangkit listrik tenaga surya photovoltaic
(PV).
Penandatanganan MoU dengan PT ZTE Indonesia ini
sekaligus menjadi langkah nyata Perseroan dalam
menindaklanjuti MoU yang sebelumnya telah ditandatangani
Perseroan dengan Presidente da Regiao Administrativa
Especial de Oecusse Ambeno (RAEOA) mengenai
Penandatangan Nota Kesepahaman Jual-Beli Listrik.
- Pembiayaan
- Pengembangan tenaga Listrik tenaga surya - Fotovoltaik
- Kerja sama lain dalam proyek fotovoltaik di Kawasan asia-
pasifik
Hal ini mencakup seluruh bidang yang tidak dapat
dikecualikan atau menggantikan bentuk - bentuk kerja sama
lain dalam kerja sama tersebut.
2. Hak dan Kewajiban Para Pihak
- Perseroan akan menginformasikan seluruh permintaan dan
peluang baru kepada PT ZTE Indonesia untuk berpartisipasi
dalam setiap proyek Fotovoltaik.
- PT ZTE Indonesia akan memberikan solusi terdepan di
industri sesuai kebutuhan Perseroan dan Mengkonsentrasikan
sumber daya berkualitas tinggi dalam setiap proyek.
- Para Pihak akan melakukan penandatanganan perjanjian
secara terpisah pada setiap ruang lingkup kegiatan spesifik.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi atau fakta material yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,

Description of Material Information or Friday, January 10, 2025, An Shaohong as Director of the
Facts Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
with PT ZTE Indonesia.
This MoU is an initial stage to facilitate the framework of
cooperation and to discuss certain commercial terms and
reflects the general plan of engagement of the Parties. This
MoU aims to explore cooperation in Renewable Energy -
Photovoltaics.
On that occasion, the Parties have agreed on the main points
to be carried out, as follows:
1. Field of Cooperation
- Photovoltaic Project in Administrativa Especial de Oecusse
Ambeno (RAEOA) - Timor Leste
This cooperation will later be aimed at joint development of
photovoltaic (PV) solar power generation facilities.The signing
of the MoU with PT ZTE Indonesia is also a real step by the
Company in following up on the MoU that was previously
signed by the Company with the Presidente da Regiao
Administrativa Especial de Oecusse Ambeno (RAEOA)
regarding the Signing of the Electricity Sale - Purchase
Memorandum of Understanding.
- Financing
- Development of solar power - Photovoltaic
- Other cooperation in photovoltaic projects in the Asia-Pacific
region
This covers all areas that cannot be excluded or replace other
forms of cooperation in the cooperation.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
- The Company will inform PT ZTE Indonesia of all requests
and new opportunities to participate in every Photovoltaic
project.
- PT ZTE Indonesia will provide industry-leading solutions
according to the Company's needs and concentrate high-
quality resources in each project.
- The Parties will sign separate agreements for each specific
scope of activities.
