utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya
di Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya

dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Tanggapan :

Merujuk kepada surat tertanggal 10 Januari
2025 nomor 004/CRS/BIPI/I/2025 perihal
tanggapan atas rencana kepemilikan saham
BIPI pada ITMA memberikan konfirmasi
bahwa pemegang saham utama belum
memiliki rencana tertentu sehubungan
dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

Company? In this case, please reguest the
Corporate Secretary to first ask the main
shareholder when  responding to this
confirmation.

Response:

Referring to the letter dated January 10,
2025, with reference number
004/CRS/BIPI/1/2025 regarding the response
to BIPI's share ownership in ITMA. We
confirm that the major shareholders does not
have any specific plans regarding their share
ownership in the Company.
