e In pit resource drilling program costs, including core sample assay costs, amounted
to approximately USD $ 0.58 M.

Work areas:
e Batu Hijau Cu-Au mine.

Exploration parties:

e Drilling contractor - PT Minera Nusa Drillindo (PT MND).
e  Assay laboratory - Intertek Utama Service (Intertek).
e  Umpire assay laboratory - PT Geoservices.

Assessment methods:
e Diamond drilling (7 rigs).

Objectives:
e The aims of the on-going drill program are to increase the confidence level of the
ore reserve in phase-8 and the mineral resource classifications below the Batu Hijau
Phase-8 pit design.

Exploration Results:
e 9 drill holes completed, totaling 1,470.9 m (Figure 2).
e Core samples submitted to the assay lab amounted to 1,264.

Forward Plan:
e Review drilling results & update the Batu Hijau Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE)
e Detailed geological mapping at West Nangka.

Elang Block II

Expenditure:
e Exploration activities included drilling and geological mapping. Costs were circa USD
$5.3M.

Work Areas:
e Elang Cu-Au Project.

Exploration Parties:
» Manager - AMNT Exploration.

e Assay Laboratory (drill core, rock) - Intertek Utama Service (ITS).

Assessment Methods:
e Diamond drilling (10 rigs).
»  Geological mapping (including rock sampling).
#  Alteration analyses using an ASD TerraSpec 4 Mineral Spectrometer.

Objectives:

e# Geotechnical, hydrogeological and metallurgical drilling programs are supporting the
Elang DFS study. New geotechnical and hydrogeological data will be used to guide
the final Elang pit designs. New metallurgical data is for Elang South only.

e Resource development drilling continued at the Elang Cu-Au deposit (Figure 4). The
purpose of this infill program was to explore information gaps, improve the
geological model and to increase the confidence level of mineral resource
classifications within the latest Elang pit design.

e Detailed geological mapping and ASD alteration mapping at Gerbang East is testing
for Cu-Au porphyry mineralisation indicators within a lithocap (Figure 4).

Exploration Results:
e Elang Cu-Au project diamond drilling (24 holes for 14,139.2 m):
o Geotechnical & hydrogeological - 4 holes (517.10 m) completed,
Oo Metallurgical - 1 hole (352.3 m) completed but failed to reach target,
o Resource infill & exploration - 22 holes (13,269.80 m) completed or in
progress,

e Core samples submitted to the assay lab amounted to 5,798.

Forward Plan:
e Update the Elang Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE),
» Elang deposit drilling (exploration, resource development & metallurgical), using 3 to
4 rigs, is planned.

Rinti Block III

e# Geological mapping costs, including rock and soil assay costs, amounted to

approximately USD $ 252.4 K.

Work Areas:
e  Rinti Cu-Au Project.

Exploration Parties:
» Manager - AMNT Exploration.

Assessment Method:
»  Geological mapping (including rock sampling).
e Ridge spur soil sampling.

Objectives:

e Detailed geological mapping was carried out over an Induced Polarisation (IP)
chargeability anomaly in the SW portion of the Rinti Block and the Sane South area

(Figure 5).

# Mapping found lithocaps in the South Sane area. Ridge and spur soil sampling
ensued. Cu-Au-Mo geochemistry will be used to assess the potential for mineralized

porphyries below the lithocaps.

Exploration Results:

» Geological mapping program - 60 rock samples were submitted to the lab.
e Soil sampling program - 81 samples were submitted to the lab.
