Penyampaian Informasi Terkait Pemulihan Operasional Pasca Insiden Kebakaran
PT Dua Putra Utama Makmur Tbk ("Perseroan") menyampaikan informasi kepada pemegang
saham dan publik terkait perkembangan pemulihan operasional pasca insiden kebakaran yang
terjadi pada salah satu fasilitas produksi Perseroan.
1. Fasilitas Produksi Pabrik 1 tidak terdampak insiden kebakaran dan tetap beroperasi normal
untuk mendukung keberlangsungan produksi Perseroan.
2. Fasilitas Produksi Pabrik 2 saat ini sedang menjalani proses perbaikan ringan dan
menunggu kedatangan mesin baru. Perseroan memperkirakan fasilitas tersebut dapat
kembali beroperasi secara bertahap dalam beberapa bulan ke depan dengan target awal
sekitar tiga bulan.
3. Perseroan juga sedang melakukan pemulihan terhadap Fasilitas Produksi Pabrik 3 beserta
fasilitas penunjang yang terdampak.
4. Perseroan menargetkan kegiatan ekspor dapat kembali berjalan pada pertengahan Juli
2026.
Perseroan telah mengambil berbagai langkah-langkah strategis untuk memastikan
keberlangsungan usaha dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pelanggan selama proses pemulihan
pascakejadian.
Dengan mempertimbangkan dampak relatif dari insiden tersebut, Perseroan menilai bahwa
kejadian ini tidak akan mempengaruhi operasional secara signifikan dalam jangka panjang. Oleh
karena itu, manajemen tetap optimistis untuk mengupayakan pencapaian target kinerja tahun 2026.
Perseroan akan terus memantau perkembangan proses pemulihan dan akan menyampaikan
informasi material lainnya sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Delivery Information Related Recovery Post- Incident Operations Fire
PT Dua Putra Utama Makmur Tbk ("the Company") provides information to shareholders and the
public regarding the progress of operational recovery following the fire incident that occurred at
one of the Company's production facilities.

Factory 1 Production Facilities were not affected by the fire incident and continued to
operate normally to support the Company's production continuity.
The Factory 2 production facility is currently undergoing minor repairs and awaiting the
arrival of new machinery. The company estimates the facility will gradually resume
operations over the next few months, with an initial target of approximately three months.
The Company is also currently restoring the Factory 3 Production Facility and the affected
supporting facilities.
The company targets export activities to resume in mid-July 2026.
The Company has taken various strategic steps to ensure business continuity and meet customer
needs during the post-incident recovery process.
Considering the relative impact of the incident, the Company believes it will not significantly
impact operations in the long term. Therefore, management remains optimistic about achieving its
2026 performance targets.
The Company will continue to monitor the progress of the recovery process and will provide other
material information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
