a. Pembayaran secara tunai;
b. Konversi atas seluruh atau sebagian nilai
Pinjaman menjadi saham baru BUVA pada
BBP; dan/atau
c. cara lainnya yang disepakati tertulis oleh
BBP dan BUVA.
The Loan shall be repaid within a period of 5
(five) years. The Loan may be repaid through:
a. Payment in cash;
b. The conversion of all or part of the
outstanding Loan amount into newly issued
shares of BUVA at BBP; and/or
c. Any other method as may be mutually
agreed in writing by BBP and BUVA.
