Referring to the letter from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, reference No. S-13704/BEI.PLP/12-2024, dated December 30,
2024, which was received on December 31, 2024, at 23:34, subject: Reminder for the Submission of Information
Disclosure Regarding the Plan to Resolve the Securities Suspension Issues.

Sehubungan dengan telah dilakukannya Suspensi Efek atas saham Perusahaan Tercatat, dengan ini PT
Pan Brothers Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan perkembangan realisasi rencana pemulihan kondisi
penyebab suspensi Perseroan.

In connection with the Securities Suspension on the shares of the Listed Company, PT Pan Brothers Tbk (the
“Company”) hereby conveys the progress of the realization of the recovery plan of the condition causing the
suspension of the Company.

Seperti yang telah disampaikan oleh Bursa sebelumnya bahwa suspensi yang dikenakan pada Perseroan
disebabkan karena belum terpenuhinya penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Perseroan. Perseroan sampai
saat ini belum menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Perseroan periode 30 Juni 2024 dan 30 September
2024.

As previously indicated by the Exchange, the Company is currently under suspension due to its failure to submit the
reguired Financial Statements. As of this date, the Company has not yet provided its Financial Statements for the
period of June 30, 2024 and September 30, 2024.
