Sehubungan dengan:
1. Pengumuman Bursa nomor Peng-SPT-00002/BEI.PP2/02-2026 tanggal 10 Februari 2026 perihal
Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan Efek PT Indointernet Tbk (EDGE).
2. Pengumuman Bursa nomor Peng-UPT-00002/BEI.PP2/08-2026 tanggal 5 Agustus 2026 perihal
Pencabutan Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan Efek Hanya di Pasar Negosiasi PT Indointernet Tbk
(EDGE).
3. Surat PT Indointernet Tbk (”Perseroan”) nomor 048/Indonet-Corsec/Srt/VIII/2026 tanggal
27 Agustus 2026 perihal Permohonan Pembukaan Sementara Suspensi Perdagangan Efek
PT Indointernet Tbk pada Pasar Negosiasi dalam Rangka Pelaksanaan Crossing Saham
sehubungan dengan Penyelesaian Masa Penawaran Tender Sukarela Tahap II.
Bursa mengumumkan bahwa dalam rangka pengalihan saham hasil pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali
Saham (buyback) dalam rangka go private dan voluntary delisting Perseroan, yang akan dilakukan
oleh PT Indo Premier Sekuritas sebagai pihak yang ditunjuk oleh Perseroan, Bursa memutuskan untuk:
1. Membuka penghentian sementara Perdagangan Efek Perseroan hanya di Pasar Negosiasi untuk
melaksanakan transaksi crossing saham terhitung sejak Sesi II Perdagangan Efek Perseroan pada
hari Jumat, tanggal 4 September 2026 pukul 14.30 WIB.
2. Selanjutnya, Bursa akan melakukan penghentian sementara (Suspensi) Perdagangan Efek
Perseroan kembali di Seluruh Pasar pada Sesi II Perdagangan Efek tanggal 4 September 2026
setelah transaksi pengalihan saham tersebut selesai dilakukan atau paling lambat pukul 14.45 WIB.
3. Transaksi lain selain yang disebutkan tersebut tidak diperkenankan untuk dilaksanakan pada masa
pembukaan Suspensi tersebut.

1. The Exchange Announcement No. Peng-SPT-00002/BEI.PP2/02-2026 dated February 10, 2026
regarding the Temporary Suspension of Trading of the Securities of PT Indointernet Tbk (EDGE).
2. The Exchange Announcement No. Peng-UPT-00002/BEI.PP2/08-2026 dated August 5, 2026
regarding The Lifting of the Temporary Suspension of Trading of PT Indointernet Tbk (EDGE)
Shares Only in the Negotiated Market.
3. Letter of PT Indointernet Tbk (the “Company”) No. 048/Indonet-Corsec/Srt/VIII/2026 dated
August 27, 2026 regarding The Request for the Temporary Lifting of the Suspension of Trading of
PT Indointernet Tbk Shares in the Negotiated Market in Connection with the Execution of a Share
Crossing Following the Completion of the Second Phase of the Voluntary Tender Offer Period.
The Exchange announces that, following the transfer of shares resulting from the implementation of
the Company's Share Buyback as part of the Company's go-private and voluntary delisting process,
which will be carried out by PT Indo Premier Sekuritas as the securities company appointed by the
Company, the Exchange has decided to:
1. Temporarily lift the suspension of trading of the Company's securities only in the Negotiated
Market to facilitate the execution of the crossing transaction, effective from the Second Trading
Session of trading in the Company's securities on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 14.30 WIB.
2. Subsequently, the Exchange will reimpose the temporary suspension of trading of the Company's
securities in all markets during the Second Trading Session of trading in the Company's securities on
September 4, 2026 after the completion of the share transfer transaction, or no later than 14.45 WIB.
3. No transactions other than the transaction referred to above shall be permitted during the period
in which the suspension is temporarily lifted.
