Program Hilirisasi Kelapa
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan komitmen Perseroan untuk berkontribusi
dalam pengembangan sektor kelapa di Indonesia, Perseroan
mengumumkan bahwa Perseroan akan berpartisipasi aktif
dalam program hilirisasi kelapa yang merupakan bagian dari
kebijakan nasional yang digagas oleh Presiden Prabowo
Subianto. Program ini dirancang untuk mencapai Visi
Indonesia Emas 2045, di mana hilirisasi kelapa menjadi salah
satu komoditas unggulan dalam mendukung keberhasilan
program nasional.
Indonesia kaya akan sumber daya kelapa, dan Perseroan
percaya bahwa potensi ini dapat dimaksimalkan untuk
meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat serta memberikan
nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham. Dalam upaya ini,
Perseroan telah mendapatkan dukungan salah satunya dari
Dewan Kelapa Indonesia (Dekindo) untuk menyukseskan
program hilirisasi kelapa.
Saat ini, Perseroan telah melaksanakan pemetaan yang
komprehensif mengenai aspek-aspek terkait produksi dan
hilirisasi kelapa yang mencakup pengembangan produk
turunan kelapa. Perseroan juga sedang dalam tahap finalisasi
negosiasi dengan rencana untuk tiga opsi pembelian lahan di
Kabupaten Pangandaran. Langkah ini nantinya diharapkan
dapat memperkuat rantai pasok produksi turunan,
meningkatkan kapasitas produksi kelapa yang berkualitas
tinggi, serta mendiversifikasi lini produk kami untuk memenuhi
permintaan pasar yang terus berkembang.
Perseroan optimis bahwa langkah strategis ini akan
memberikan dampak positif bagi pertumbuhan dan
meningkatkan nilai bagi pemegang saham. Perseroan
mengajak seluruh pemegang saham untuk terus mendukung
langkah-langkah yang kami ambil dalam pengembangan
bisnis ini.

Type of Material Information or Facts Downstream Coconut Program
Description of Material Information or In connection with the Company's commitment to contribute to
Facts the development of the coconut sector in Indonesia, the
Company announces that it will actively participate in the
coconut downstreaming program which is part of the national
policy initiated by President Prabowo Subianto. The program is
designed to achieve the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045, where
coconut downstreaming is one of the leading commodities in
supporting the success of the national program.
Indonesia is rich in coconut resources, and the Company
believes that this potential can be maximised to improve the
welfare of the community and provide added value for
shareholders. In this effort, the Company has received support
from the Indonesian Coconut Council (Dekindo) to succeed the
coconut downstreaming program.
Currently, the Company has carried out a comprehensive
mapping of aspects related to coconut production and
downstreaming which includes the development of coconut
derivative products. The Company is also in the finalisation
stage of negotiations with plans for three land purchase
options in Pangandaran Regency. This move is expected to
strengthen the supply chain of derivative production, increase
the production capacity of high-quality coconut, and diversify
our product line to meet the growing market demand.
The Company is optimistic that this strategic move will have a
positive impact on growth and increase shareholder value. The
Company invites all shareholders to continue to support the
steps we are taking in developing this business.
