Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Saat ini PT Sky Energy Indonesia terus berupaya untuk
memperbaiki kondisi yang menjadi penyebab suspensi pada
Bursa terutama terkait dengan kewajiban Laporan Keuangan
dan Proses Pembayaran Homologasi yang telah diputus oleh
Pengadilan. Laporan Keuangan Audited Tahun 2022 telah
selesai disusun setelah adanya restate oleh KAP dan tengah
menunggu proses pembukuan dan pengunggahan. Untuk
Laporan Keuangan Audited tahun 2023, 2024 dan
perkembangan pembayaran Homologasi telah kami jelaskan
dalam surat terlampir.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak yang signifikan kecuali terkait suspensi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pada Bursa.

Description of Material Information or Currently, PT Sky Energy Indonesia is actively addressing the
Facts suspension causes on the Stock Exchange, primarily related to
financial reporting obligations and debt payment processes, as
stipulated in the Court's Homologation ruling. The 2022
Audited Financial Report has been completed following
restatement by the Public Accounting Firm and is awaiting
booking and uploading processes. Details regarding the 2023
and 2024 Audited Financial Reports and Homologation
payment progress are provided in the attached letter.
