Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk dengan ini menginformasikan
bahwa agunan kredit Perseroan di PT Bank Maybank
Indonesia Tbk, berupa Sebidang Bangunan di Menara Suara
Merdeka lantai 11, Jl Pandanaran No 30 Semarang telah
diumumkan dilaman www.portal.lelang.go.id dan akan di
lelang pada hari Rabu, 1 Juli 2026. Hal tersebut terjadi
dikarenakan hingga kini upaya negosiasi dengan pihak Bank
belum menemukan kesepakatan bersama.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Dampak Operational : tidak berdampak, operasional
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan akan tetap berjalan.
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, - Dampak Kondisi Keuangan : mengurangi beban
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau bunga bank dan angsuran tiap bulan.

No.31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material
Information or Facts by Issuer or Public Companies. PT Dafam
Proeprty Indonesia Tbk hereby announce that the company's
loan collateral held by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk
specifically a property unit on the 11th floor of Manara Suara
Merdeka Building, at No.30 Pandanaran Street Semarang has
been listed on the website www.portal.lelang.go.ig and is
scheduled for auction on wednesday, July 1, 2026. This action
is being taken because negotiations with bank have not yet
resulted in a mutual agreement.
