POSA Telepon i (021) 39737007 Alamat surat elektronik (E-mail) : corporatesecretary@posagroups.com No. Kegiatan Keterangan Tanggal kejadian 04 Januari 2025 2. | Uraian informasi Bahwa pada tanggal 4 Januari 2025 telah terjadi pemasangan papan pemberitahuan penyitaan lahan yang di atasnya berdiri bangunan Mal Lombok City Center (asset anak Perseroan) oleh pihak Kejaksaan Tinggi Nusa Tenggara Barat dengan aset yang disita berupa: - Tanah dengan Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan atas nama PT Patut Patuh Patju (“PT Tripat”). pemasangan papan pemberitahuan penyitaan tersebut berdasarkan Penetapan Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi pada Pengadilan Negeri Mataram dalam perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi terkait KSO antara BUMD PT Tripat dengan anak Perseroan. Adapun penyitaan tersebut dilakukan untuk kepentingan Penyidikan. Bahwa selama menjalankan Kerjasama Operasional dengan PT Tripat Perseroan selalu mentaati ketentuan hukum yang berlaku, sampai saat ini kami masih menunggu berjalannya proses hukum untuk MILLENNIUM CENTENNIAL CENTER LT. 1 UNIT A & H | Jl. On January 4", 2025 there was an installation of a notice board for the confiscation of the land on which the Lombok City Center Mall building (the Company's subsidiary asset) stands by the West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office with the confiscated assets in the form of: - Land with Building Rights Title Certificate in the name of PT Patut Patuh Patju (“PT Tripat”). The installation of the seizure notification board is based on the Stipulation of the Corruption Court of the Mataram District Court in the case of alleged corruption related to the KSO between BUMD PT Tripat and its subsidiary. The confiscation was carried out for the benefit of the investigation. That during the Operational Cooperation with PT Tripat the Company has always obeyed the applicable legal provisions, until now we are still waiting for the running of the legal process to get clarity and strive so that the notification board of the confiscation status can be immediately revoked. 3. | Dampak atas transaksi Perusahaan | Pemasangan papan pemberitahuan penyitaan tersebut Terbuka tidak berdampak pada kegiatan Perseroan mengingat Mal tersebut juga sampai saat ini masih belum beroperasi.
