PERUBAHAN SEKRETARIS PERUSAHAAN/
CHANGES OF CORPORATE SECRETARY
PT KEDAWUNG SETIA INDUSTRIAL Tbk.
Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan
Peraturan I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dan Lampiran Keputusan
Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 tanggal 12 Desember
2025, PT Kedawung Setia Industrial Tbk (untuk selanjutnya disebut dengan
“Perseroan”) dengan ini mengumumkan bahwa berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi
Nomor 001-KEP/Dir/KDSI/VI/2026 tertanggal 22 Juni 2026, Perseroan telah menunjuk
Bapak Ageng Inabhimantra selaku Sekretaris Perusahaan sebagai pengganti dari
Bapak Andi Subroto./
In accordance with OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 regarding Corporate
Secretary of Issuer or Public Company and Regulation I-E on the Obligation to Submit
Information, and Attachment to Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 dated December 12, 2025, PT Kedawung Setia
Industrial Tbk (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby announces that
based on the Decree of the Board of Directors Number 001-KEP/Dir/KDSI/VI/2026
dated June 22, 2026, the Company has appointed Mr. Ageng Inabhimantra as
Corporate Secretary to replace Mr. Andi Subroto.
