Facts dated 30 December 2024, regarding the Reminder for
Submitting Disclosure of Information regarding Plans for
Restoring Conditions That Caused Securities Suspension,
which we received on 31 December 2024. Below we provide
the response (Information Disclosure) as in the Attached
Letter.
Impact of event, material information or -The ARTI Share Suspension was due to delays in submitting
facts towards Issuers or Public Financial Reports, which resulted in the imposition of fines and
Company’s operational activities, legal, suspensions, thereby increasing the Company's financial
