pemegang saham PNM sebesar 99,99%.
3. Efektif per tanggal 27 Desember 2024 melalui Surat
Keputusan Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU-
0085858.AH.01.02.Tahun 2024, nama PNM telah berubah
menjadi PT Lautan Armada Nusantara (selanjutnya disebut
'LAN').

2. PT PIS Nawasena Maritim (hereinafter referred to as 'PNM')
is a subsidiary of ABPL where ABPL is a 99.99% shareholder
in PNM.
3. Effective as of 27 December 2024 through Decree of the
Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-
0085858.AH.01.02. Tahun 2024, the name PNM has changed
to PT Lautan Armada Nusantara (hereinafter referred to as
'LAN').
