In relation to Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah II Moratelindo Phase I 2023 Series A with a principal amount of
IDR462,600,000,000 (four hundred sixty two billion six hundred million Rupiah) ( Sukuk II Phase I 2023 Series A ), we
hereby inform that PT Ekamas Mora Republik Tbk (the Issuer ) has prepared the funds for the repayment of the principal
of Sukuk II Phase I 2023 Series A, which will mature on July 13, 2026. In this regards, the aforementioned repayment
funds will be made available in the KSEI account no later than July 13, 2026. Furthermore, upon completion of the
repayment of Sukuk II Phase I 2023 Series A, the Issuer will submit the relevant Information Disclosure in accordance
with the provision of POJK 31/2015.
