Jawaban: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material lain pada tanggal 27 Dec 2024 yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal. 2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point IIL2.1 dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep- 00015/BE1/01-2021? Jawaban: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material lain pada tanggal 27 Dec 2024 yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau rian investasi pemodal. -. 3. Jawaban: Perseroan telah menyampaikan semua laporan atas aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka 5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Jawaban: Perseroan akan melaksanakan pembagian dividen interim sebagaimana yang telah diumumkan pada tanggal 30 Dec 2024 dengan nomor surat 438/AO/XI1/2024. 6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut? Doesthe Company haveplans to take corporate action in the near future, including corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)? Answer : The Company will distribute Interim Dividend as announced on 30 Dec 2024 with letter No. 438/AO/XI1/2024. 6. Plans of controllers and /or major shareholders related to their share ownership in the Company. In this case, please ask the Corporate Secretary to first ask the controller and/or main shareholder to answer the confirmation.
