Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Waskita Karya Realty ("WKR") merupakan anak
perusahaan Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar
99,99% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan sembilan
persen).
Bahwa WKR dan PT Tez Capital and Finance Tbk ("TEZ
CAPITAL") telah menandatangani Akta Perubahan ke-4
sebesar Rp. 32.231.829.726 (tiga puluh dua miliar dua ratus
tiga puluh satu juta delapan ratus dua puluh Sembilan ribu
tujuh ratus dua puluh enam Rupiah) berdasarkan Akta
Perubahan ke-4 Terhadap Akta Perjanjian Pembiayaan Modal
Kerja Nomor 08 tanggal 15 November 2022 dengan Nomor 40
tanggal 30 Desember 2024 yang dibuat dihadapan Endang
Betty Budiyanti Moesigit, S.H., Notaris di Daerah Khusus
Ibukota Jakarta.
Bahwa WKR dan Tez Capital telah menandatangani Perjanjian
Perubahan ke-4 Perjanjian Pembiayaan Modal Kerja No 40
Tanggal 30 Desember 2024, dengan rincian perubahan
sebagai berikut :
Pola Restrukturisasi :
a. Perubahan pembayaran tunggakan bunga yang
diakumulasikan dalam tagihan pokok;
b. Penambahan jangka waktu kredit selama 1 tahun sampai
dengan 30 Desember 2025
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan dilakukannya addendum Perjanjian Perubahan Akta
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perubahan Perjanjian Pembiayaan Modal Kerja ini diharapkan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, akan memberikan dampak yang baik bagi kondisi keuangan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau WKR.

Type of Material Information or Facts Restructuring of PT Waskita Karya Realty
Description of Material Information or PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR) is a subsidiary of the
Facts Company, with a 99.99% ownership stake.
WKR and PT Tez Capital and Finance Tbk ("TEZ CAPITAL")
have executed the 4th Amendment Deed, amounting to IDR
32,231,829,726 (thirty-two billion two hundred thirty-one million
eight hundred twenty-nine thousand seven hundred twenty-six
Rupiah), based on the 4th Amendment Deed to the Working
Capital Financing Agreement No. 08 dated November 15,
2022, with Deed No. 40 dated December 30, 2024, executed
before Endang Betty Budiyanti Moesigit, S.H., Notary in the
Special Capital Region of Jakarta.
WKR and TEZ CAPITAL have also signed the 4th Amendment
to the Working Capital Financing Agreement No. 40 dated
December 30, 2024, with the following amendments:
a. Amendment to the payment of accumulated interest arrears
incorporated into the principal balance;
b. Extension of the loan term for an additional year, until
December 30, 2025.
