           Dedication of Elnusa Personnel Maintains National Energy
             Resilience During the Christmas and New Year Period
Jakarta, 31 December 2024 – While many people spend the Christmas and New Year holidays with their families, the personnel of PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa,
IDX: ELSA) remain dedicated to their duties, ensuring the resilience of the nation’s energy supply. This vital role is carried out by highly committed individuals
such as Trijoko, HSSE Officer, and Rawinder Singh, Field Service Manager for Wireline Services (WLS) in Kalimantan.

Trijoko, who has served at Elnusa for over a decade, shared his unique experiences while working on the 2D and 3D Vibroseis Seismic Survey Project. For
him, the long holiday season of Christmas and New Year presents both technical and psychological challenges.

Trijoko’s primary motivation is his sense of responsibility and pride in his work. “This job is a contribution to national energy resilience. As a unique role that
marks the beginning of the energy sourcing process, it is a point of pride,” he stated. Support from his family and colleagues serves as a key driver of his
enthusiasm. With reliable mobile connectivity at the project site, he remains able to communicate with his family.

Meanwhile, Rawinder Singh, who has worked at Elnusa for over 11 years, serves as the Field Service Manager for WLS Kalimantan. His responsibilities include
ensuring smooth operations by managing personnel schedules, preparing support facilities, and acting as a liaison between Elnusa and its service users.
When asked about his dedication during the Christmas and New Year period, Rawinder expressed, “My primary motivation is the team in the field, who
continue to fulfill their duties onshore and offshore. Without the frontline personnel of Elnusa, we would not be able to contribute to national energy
resilience,” he remarked.

Rawinder also emphasized the importance of maintaining a balance between work and family. Support from his family, especially through remote
communication, has been immensely helpful. “During specific moments, like New Year’s Eve, which also coincides with my parents’ wedding anniversary, I
make it a point to have a video call,” he shared.

He also recalled a memorable experience of celebrating New Year’s Eve in the middle of the sea during the 2014-2015 period at the Jatibarang Field – X-
Ray. “At that time, we could only hear the sound of fireworks in the distance. Although it felt bittersweet, the team on-site always encouraged one another,”
he recounted.
