International Holdings, Ltd. yang telah terjalin hampir selama
30 tahun telah berakhir pada 31 Desember 2024. Hal ini
sejalan dengan rencana pengembangan bisnis Perseroan di
masa mendatang untuk menjawab tren pasar dan preferensi
konsumen yang terus berevolusi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sehubungan dengan berakhirnya perjanjian lisensi dengan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan ACE Hardware International Holdings, Ltd., maka Perseroan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, selanjutnya akan menggunakan merek AZKO. Identitas merek
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau usaha baru ini diharapkan menandai langkah strategis
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan sebagai Your Home Life Improvement Partner
untuk masyarakat Indonesia.

for almost 30 years has ended on 31st December 2024. This is
in line with the Company's business development plans ahead
to respond to the evolving market trends and consumer
preferences.
Impact of event, material information or In connection with the end of the license agreement with ACE
facts towards Issuers or Public Hardware International Holdings, Ltd., the Company will use
Company’s operational activities, legal, AZKO brand. This new brand identity is expected to remarks
financial condition, or going concern the company's strategic steps as Your Home Life Improvement
Partner for Indonesian people.
Herewith we attach a Press Release regarding the launch of
the new brand identity.
