IDX Regulation No. I-E, regarding the Obligation to Submit Information, we hereby inform you of the following material information: PT JACCS Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Finance Indonesia (“Perseroan”/the “Company”) Perusahaan Pembiayaan/ Finance Company (021) 29710100 corporate.secretary@jaccs-mpmfinance.com 1 Januari 2025 Penghentian atau penutupan sebagian atau seluruh segmen usaha/ Partial or entire termination of the business segments. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, Perseroan mencermati adanya peningkatan risiko terkait pembiayaan dengan skema Sewa Pembiayaan dan/atau skema Jual dan Sewa Balik, yang diiringi dengan penurunan kualitas aset. Skema Sewa Pembiayaan dan/atau skema Jual dan Sewa Balik, yang diberikan kepada Badan Usaha (Corporate Finance), bukan merupakan segmen bisnis utama Perseroan dalam hal portofolio dan pendapatan. Sebagai langkah strategis, sejak Mei 2024, Perseroan telah menghentikan penerimaan aplikasi baru (stop booking) ' untuk pembiayaan Sewa Pembiayaan dan/atau Jual dan Sewa Balik kepada Badan Usaha (Corporate Finance). Selanjutnya, Perseroan memutuskan untuk menutup sepenuhnya kegiatan bisnis pembiayaan tersebut, dengan penutupan efektif berlaku sejak 1 Januari 2025. Meskipun demikian, Perseroan tetap berkomitmen untuk mengelola dan memberikan layanan terbaik kepada pelanggan yang masih memiliki kewajiban, hingga seluruh kewajibannya selesai. Penutupan bisnis Sewa Pembiayaan dan/atau Jual dan Sewa Balik kepada Badan Usaha (Corporate Finance) merupakan bagian dari strategi Perseroan untuk memastikan fokus pada kegiatan bisnis utama, yaitu pembiayaan ritel. Langkah ini diharapkan mendukung Perseroan dalam mempertahankan jalur pertumbuhan yang sehat dan berkelanjutan.

Finance lease and/or Sales and Leaseback financing is not main business segment of the Company in terms of portfolio and revenue. As a strategic initiative, the Company had stopped new account aguisition for Finance Lease and/or Sales and Leaseback financing for Business Entities (Corporate Finance), since May 2024. Furthermore, the Company has decided to close this line of business effective from January 1: 2025. Nonetheless, the Company remains committed to managing and providing the best service to the existing customers who still have obligations, ensuring that all of their obligations are fulfilled. Closing the Finance Lease and/or Sales and Leaseback business for Business Entities (Corporate Finance) is ad strategic decision taken to ensure that the Company can focus on its main business activities, Le, retail financing and remain on a healthy and sustainable growth path. Pendapatan dari segmen usaha ini akan mengalami penurunan secara bertahap. Kegiatan usaha Perseroan akan tetap berjalan seperti biasa dengan fokus pada segmen usaha pembiayaan ritel. Revenue from this business segment will decrease gradually. Business of the Company will be continued as usual with focusing on retail financing business segment. Thank you for your attention.
