melaksanakan haknya atas Penawaran
Hak Memesan Efek saham 29Metals

melalui alokasi Tahap Il dengan
melakukan penyertaan saham
29Metals sebanyak 30.493.511 (tiga

puluh juta empat ratus sembilan puluh
tiga ribu lima ratus sebelas) saham,
dengan nilai AUS0,27 (dua puluh tujuh
sen Dolar Australia) per saham
(“Penyertaan Saham Tahap 1I”). Total
nilai Penyertaan Saham Tahap II adalah
sejumlah AU$8.233.248 (delapan juta
dua ratus tiga puluh tiga ribu dua ratus
empat puluh delapan Dolar Australia).
Penyertaan Saham Tahap II telah
diumumkan oleh 29Metals di Bursa
Efek Australia.

Setelah penyelesaian Penyertaan
Saham Tahap | sebagaimana telah
diungkapkan — dalam — Keterbukaan
Informasi Awal serta Penyertaan
Saham Tahap II, BUMA SG bersama
dengan afiliasinya BUMA Australia Pty.
Ltd. (“BUMA Australia”) memiliki
sebanyak 271.936.498 (dua ratus tujuh
puluh satu juta sembilan ratus tiga
puluh enam ribu empat ratus sembilan
puluh delapan) saham atau setara
dengan 19,94 (sembilan belas koma
sembilan persen) saham atas
29Metals.

Asa follow-up to the Initial Disclosure of
Information, the Company hereby
announces that on 27 December 2024,
BUMA SG has exercised its right to the
Entitlement Offer of 29Metals Shares
Subscription — through — Tranche II
allocation by investing 30,493,511
(thirty million four hundred ninety-three
thousand five hundred eleven) shares,
with a subscription price of AUSO.27
(twenty-seven cents Australian Dollar)
per share (the “Tranche II Shares

Subscription”). The total value of
Tranche II Shares Subscription is
AUS8,233,248 l(eight million two

hundred thirty-three thousand and two
hundred forty-eight Australian Dollar).
The Tranche II Shares Subscription has
been announced by 29Metals on the
Australian Securities Exchange.

Upon the completion of the Tranche I
Shares Subscription as disclosed in the
Initial Disclosure of Information and the
Tranche II Shares Subscription, BUMA
SG together with its affiliate BUMA
Australia Pty. Ltd. (“BUMA Australia”)
owns @ total of 271,936,498 (two

hundred seventy-one million nine
hundred  thirty-six thousand four
hundred  ninety-eight) shares or

representing 19.99 (nineteen point nine
percent) of the shares in 29Metals.
