Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti pengumuman Perseroan tertanggal 17
Desember 2024 mengenai Pemberitahuan atas Jadwal dan
Tata Cara Pembagian Dividen Interim, bersama ini kami
informasikan bahwa kurs konversi yang digunakan untuk
pembagian dividen tunai interim tersebut mengacu pada kurs
tengah Bank Indonesia tanggal 2 Januari 2025, yaitu senilai
Rp16.157,-/AS$ (enam belas ribu seratus lima puluh tujuh
Rupiah per Dolar Amerika Serikat).
Dengan demikian jumlah keseluruhan dividen tunai interim
yang akan dibagikan Perseroan dalam mata uang Rupiah
adalah sebesar Rp3.231.367.081.856,- (tiga triliun dua ratus
tiga puluh satu miliar tiga ratus enam puluh tujuh juta delapan
puluh satu ribu delapan ratus lima puluh enam Rupiah) untuk
30.244.918.400 saham, atau sebesar Rp106,84 (seratus enam
koma delapan empat Rupiah) per saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak yang signifikan atas informasi ini terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau

Information on the Exchange Rate for the Interim Cash
Type of Material Information or Facts Dividend of PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (the
Company)
Description of Material Information or Following up on the Companys announcement of December
Facts 17th, 2024 on the Notification on the Interim Dividend
Distribution Schedule and Mechanism, we hereby announce
that the exchange rate for the distribution of the interim cash
dividends shall be the middle rate of Bank Indonesia of
January 2nd, 2025 of Rp16,157,-/US$ (sixteen thousand one
hundred fifty-seven rupiah per United States dollar).
Therefore, the total interim cash dividends to be distributed by
the Company in Rupiah currency is Rp3,231,367,081,856,-
(three trillion two hundred thirty-one billion three hundred sixty-
seven million eighty-one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six
rupiah) for 30,244,918,400 shares or Rp106.84 (one hundred
and six point eighty-four rupiah) per share.
