Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Per 1 Januari 2025 Perseroan mengambil alih operasional
Swiss-Belexpress Rest Area KM 19 Ruas Tol Cikampek dari
Swiss-Belhotel International. Langkah ini sekaligus menjadi
titik awal bagi Perseroan untuk memperluas portofolio bisnis
dengan menjadi operator xpress hotel di rest area.
Setelah proses pengambilalihan, Xpress Hotel ini menjalani
rebranding dengan nama baru yaitu Kedaton 8 Xpress, yang
mencerminkan identitas Perseroan dalam memberikan
layanan berkualitas tinggi dengan efisiensi operasional yang
modern. Langkah ini juga sejalan dengan komitmen Perseroan
untuk terus berinovasi dan memperkuat posisinya di industri
perhotelan, khususnya dalam segmen Xpress Hotel di Rest
Area Jalan Tol.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Kegiatan Operasional: Dengan diambil alihnya Xpress Hotel
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan di Rest Area KM 19 Perseroan menjadi lebih leluasa didalam
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, melakukan kegiatannya dengan tetap mengacu kepada
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau ketentuan2 usaha pariwisata yang berlaku. Kegiatan
Perusahaan Publik operasional hotel tetap berjalan baik dan lancar dengan
pengendalian langsung dari perseroan.
- Dampak Hukum: Tidak ada.
- Dampak Keuangan: Dengan dilakukannya pengambil alihan
Xpress Hotel Rest Area KM 19 maka kewajiban2 perseroan
kepada operator hotel ditiadakan sehingga beban operasional
hotel berkurang yang berarti dapat meningkatkan laba atas
usaha Xpress Hotel Rest Area KM 19.

Operational takeover of Xpress Hotel Rest Area Km 19
Type of Material Information or Facts
Description of Material Information or As of January 1, 2025, the Company took over the operation of
Facts Swiss-Belexpress Rest Area KM 19 Cikampek Toll Road from
Swiss-Belhotel International. This step was also the starting
point for the Company to expand its business portfolio by
becoming the operator of Xpress Hotel in the rest area.
After the takeover process, the Xpress Hotel underwent a
rebranding under the new name Kedaton 8 Xpress, which
reflects the Company's identity in providing high quality
services with modern operational efficiency. This step is also in
line with the Company's commitment to continue to innovate
and strengthen its position in the hospitality industry, especially
in the Xpress Hotel segment in Toll Road Rest Areas.
Impact of event, material information or - Operational Activities: With the takeover of Xpress Hotel at
facts towards Issuers or Public Rest Area KM 19, the Company has become more flexible in
Company’s operational activities, legal, carrying out its activities while still referring to the applicable
financial condition, or going concern tourism business regulations. Hotel operations continue to run
well and smoothly with direct control from the company.
- Legal Impact: None.
- Financial Impact: With the takeover of Xpress Hotel Rest
Area KM 19, the company's obligations to the hotel operator
are eliminated so that the hotel's operating expenses are
reduced, which means it can increase the profit on the
business of Xpress Hotel Rest Area KM 19.
