PURI TARGETKAN SERAH TERIMA APARTEMEN THE
MONDE CITY SECARA BERTAHAP MULAI TAHUN 2025,
SETELAH CATAT PENJUALAN HAMPIR MENCAPAI 90%
The Monde City merupakan proyek pembangunan apartemen kedua dari PURI setelah Apartemen
Permata Residences. Proyek ini launching pada tahun 2021 dan mencatatkan penjualan kurang lebih
1.000 unit dalam kurun waktu kurang dari 6 bulan. Setelah laris manis mencatat penjualan hampir
mencapai 90%, PURI dengan ambisius menargetkan serah terima The Monde City secara bertahap
pada tahun 2025.
Letak The Monde City yang strategis di atas lahan seluas 4.3 Hektar yang berlokasi di Pasir Putih,

PURI TARGETS TO HAND-OVER THE MONDE CITY
APARTMENTS GRADUALLY STARTING IN 2025,
AFTER ACCOUNTED ALMOST 90% SALES
The Monde City is PURI's second apartment development project after Permata Residences
Apartment. This project was launched in 2021 and recorded sales of approximately 1,000 units in
less than 6 months. After selling well, which accounted for almost 90% of sales, PURI ambitiously
targeted to hand-over The Monde City gradually in 2025.
The Monde City's strategic location on 4.3 hectares of land located in Pasir Putih, Batam Center, is
close to tourist attractions, traditional markets, government offices, and adjacent to the Mondial
School, making it a property investment with promising returns. Even in 2021, The Monde City won
the Best Affordable Condo Development award at the Indonesia Property Award held by Property
Guru.
