Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) pada tanggal 17
Desember 2024 tentang Jadwal Dividen Tunai Interim disampaikan bahwa sesuai dengan keputusan
Direksi yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal tanggal 16 Desember 2024, ADRO
menyampaikan rencana pembagian Dividen Interim untuk periode tahun buku 2024 yang akan dibayar

Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, Rasio Pelaksanaan ,dan Harga Pelaksanaan
ADROYUCF5A akan disesuaikan dengan formula di bawah ini:

D= yaitu IDR 106, Pembagian dividen per 1 (satu) Underlying Waran Terstruktur
yang bersangkutan yang dimiliki.
X= yaitu IDR 2.205, Harga Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum
pengembalian dividen ex-date.
E= yaitu 4,4095, Rasio Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian
dividen ex-date.
Harga Pelaksanaan dan/atau Rasio Pelaksanaan Waran Terstruktur ADROYUCF5A akan disesuaikan
sebagaimana ditetapkan di bawah ini:

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT ADROYUCF5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) dated 17th
December 2024, related to Schedule of Interim Cash Dividend it was s in accordance with the Board of
Directors' decision approved by the Board of Commissioners on the date 16th December 2024, has
resolved, ADRO had a plan for the distribution of interim dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be
paid as follows:

Based on the aforementioned information, issuer calculate estimate dividen per share on the amount of

In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant ADROYUCF5A as stated in the Term
Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, the Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of
ADROYUCF5A will be adjusted based on the formula below:

P= IDR 2.540, Closing Price of the Underlying share on the last market day on
which the underlying share is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D= IDR 106 the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.
X= IDR 2.205, the existing price immediately prior to dividend entitlement.
E= 4,4095, the existing exercise ratio immediately prior to the dividend
entitlement.
