Perubahan Peraturan I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, maka bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa pada
tanggal 27 Desember 2024, Perseroan telah menerima
permohonan pengunduran diri dari Bapak Francis Lay Sioe Ho
dari jabatannya sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan dan
Bapak Andrew Adiwijanto sebagai Direktur. Pengunduran diri
tersebut di atas akan dibahas dan diputuskan dalam Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan yang akan
diselenggarakan pada tanggal 30 Januari 2025.

Decree of the Board of Directors of the PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No.: Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 1 October 2022
concerning Amendments to Regulation I-E concerning
Obligations for Submitting Information, we hereby inform you
that on 27 December 2024, the Company has received a letter
of resignation from Mr. Francis Lay Sioe Ho as the President
Director of the Company and Mr. Andrew Adiwijanto as the
Director. The resignation as mentioned above will be
discussed and decided at the Company's Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders which will be held on
January 30, 2025.
