Smart Children's Literacy Movement of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk Bekasi, December 28, 2024 – As part of its ongoing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk is once again implementing a Corporate Secretary Responsibility (CSR) program. This time, the program titled “MHK Connect – Smart Children's Literacy Movement” is implemented in collaboration with the Cikiwul Literacy Community. This initiative aims to increase reading interest among children while expanding the positive impact on the community, especially in the Cikiwul area, Tangerang City. As one of the Company's CSR programs, “MHK Connect” always focuses on community development through Education and Literacy. PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk collaborates with the Cikiwul Literacy Community to jointly create more interactive activities and reach more children's reading interests in Indonesia, including in the Cikiwul area, Tangerang City. This is influenced by limited access to quality reading materials and minimal public awareness of the importance of reading. “As a company that cares about community development, the Company is committed to making a real contribution through this program. With the collaboration with the Cikiwul Literacy Community, we hope to increase children's interest in reading, thus providing great benefits, both for children and for building a younger generation that is smarter, more creative, and more competitive," said Mr. Alwi, President Director of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk, in his speech. Meanwhile, the founder and activist of the Cikiwul Literacy Community added. "We are very grateful to receive support from companies in our environment, and we appreciate the concern of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk. This program is expected to expand the impact of literacy that we build in the community, especially among children." Through this series of activities, PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk hopes to provide a fun and educational literacy experience, thus encouraging children to be more active in reading and creating works.

A Glance of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk: PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk was founded in 2004 as a company engaged in the field of industrial waste processing and has obtained official permits from the Ministry of Environment. Our permits include transportation (transporter), collector, processor and utilization of B3 and non-B3 waste. After obtaining an AMDAL on February 21, 2007 and the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of State for the Environment concerning "Environmental Feasibility of Metal Waste Utilization Activities (B3 and Non-B3) and Collection of Used Lubricating Oil and Non-B3 Waste", PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk developed its business into a transportation, collection, processing and utilization industry recorded in Decree No. S.371 / PSLB3 / VPLB3 / PLB.3 / 8/2021 in 2021 and the transportation recommendation underlies the activities of PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk. The activity is in line with the efforts of the Central Government, especially the Ministry of Environment and the Bekasi City Government in overcoming the negative impacts of waste on the environment caused by Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) through the implementation of 3R, namely: Reuse, Recycling, Recovery. PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk is equipped with industrial waste processing facilities with its own internal Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) to maintain wastewater from the process so that it is always below the environmental quality standard threshold. The smelting building is equipped with a Dust Collector and Scrubber to maintain air quality, and periodic checks are also carried out for noise levels. PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk is also equipped with an Incinerator machine facility that can be used to process medical & infectious waste from hospitals, clinics, and other health service facilities. We have also collaborated in waste management with leading oil and gas companies in Indonesia, including PT Pertamina, PT PLN, and the Tanjung Jati Jepara Steam Power Plant. PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk has a cooperative relationship with a third party (co-processing) that has a permit from the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia as part of the Total Solution - Zero Pollutant.
